These Terms & Conditions govern access to Velorines (velorines.com), including its catalog, cart, customer-care functions, and any checkout or transaction service made available through the site. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

5. Orders
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve inventory or create an accepted order. An order becomes accepted only when the available checkout confirms it and the required payment authorization succeeds.

If an already-collected payment is canceled, the appropriate refund will be submitted to the original payment method.
